  I will NEVER use this place again, very unprofessional and they need an to upkeep they're rental items, wishing well I rented was all tore up I couldn't even use it. When I went to pick up the items the guy was on the phone and worried about everything else but what I was trying to point out to him that some the things had damages,upon returning He had the old udacity to tell me that i caused the damages. If he was paying attention and Notating when I was picking up the things he would have noticed. Both the man and the lady working they're are super rude. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

  If you are looking for great customer service and hospitality then this is NOT the place! I was 8 months pregnant when i was greeted with "sorry you can't drink in here" instead of a "Hello" or "welcome"and then deny the restrooms and was told to go next door in the heat (an auto repair shop that was filled with men, oil on the ground and sharp oobjects everywhere) it was a very hot day so i needed my drink to keep me hydrated in the heat especially after being told to walk about 2 stores down just for a restroom but was told i cant drink although it was in a closed lid cup. This place DO NOT care about its customers and is all about the money. That was my first and last time stepping foot into this place and I've warned everyone i know not to spend there hard earned money in a place like this!

  Worst place to rent! They gave me a rusted table and try to tell me to pay for it. I try to explain to them I have rented from them for years now and I never had an issue. All I had on the table was a plastic table cloth and a cake. They try to charge me for the table and I told them I won't be paying for something that broke and was all rusted. So they took went and charges my account $75 without permission! Don't rent from them! They are money hungry and I won't ever rent from them again! Very unprofessional people!
