  As General Manager of a Resort I was impressed with the prompt and professional check in service we received at 1am from Larry. Who i must say surprised us with how knowledgeable he was about events that transpired in our hometown located in the Virgin Islands That was definitely a plus.
  
  We stayed in bldg 2 unit 503 and although a bit outdated the cleanliness surpassed most. We had absolutly no maintenance issues, as everything in room is well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was indeed a great amenity.
  
  We will recommend to friends and will stay again on our next visit to Orlando.
  
  Kudos to the staff for a job well done!
