  Everyone whom was Hispanic was greeted. As soon my family walks in. We were not greeted. Instead was spoken to in spanish. The evaluation was confirmed for poinciana location. The rude receptionist put me on the phone with the Kissimmee location. Instead of listening to me the customer, the lady on the phone screamed it was at Kissimmee. Granted my son has always been seen at Poinciana location due to Vertigo!!!!! Get a grip!!!! Learn respect, just like you learned to be hateful toward another race!!!! What a disgrace to serve a country, and not even be greeted how I should.
