  Terrible customer service. ATT CREATED A PROBLEM. I caught it 2 years after it started, at a cost of over $5000.00 I paid extra due to their problem. I have 10 phone lines, 4 directly accounts, and at one home an att uverse account....at&t when made aware of problem, REITERATED HOW VALUED I WAS AND MY $60,000.00 A YEAR I SPEBD WITH THEM, SAID THERE WOULD BE AN IMMEDIATE CREDIT TO RETAIN NY BUISNESS, ....AND GAVE ME A CONFIRMATION NUMBER........NOW 6 MONTHS LATER, NO CREDIT...AND UPON A RECENT VISIT TO THIS BRANCH...REVERSED THEIR DECISION....
