  Very poor customer service!! If a repair is needed in their property, they will get frustrated and whine about it first, then the broker will say comments that the tenant is "Bitching". I am shocked and appalled of the lack of professionalism, disrespect and rudeness of this one Broker in particular. She definitely needs continuing education on proper customer service and learn how to treat their tenants/residents with common COURTESY AND RESPECT or she needs to find herself another job not working with people!

  Bad customer service. They are high school girl type of rude. I haven't been able to shower in my own bathroom because my soap holder got loose and broke off and its been over a week and no one has come to fix it! My toilet has been leaking too and again no one has come by to fix it when i already called 3 times so far.
