  Very horrible welcome when we ask about our reservation. Very degrading desk clerk . Kept asking for our identification. We showed our reservation and was to to continue to the recently renovated Quality Inn 7 miles east. It was actually in Kissimmee. Which we received a warm reception . I'm handicapped and the desk clerk (Sammy) even held the door open for me. Don't waste your money here at Eastgate. Humbug
