  The automotive repair was very good. Only complaint for the auto repair was they ordered a camber kit for my car when all I needed was the ball joint and it cost me more money. When I pointed it out they would not credit me the cost of the kit in order to just order the ball joint. They stated it was a special order, so I had to take the loss.
  I feel they should have done a bit more research on the issue.
  But they are very honest in their work practices unlike other shops.
  In the matter of their AUTO BODY REPAIR TECHNICIAN.
  This is where their auto body repair tech is completely irresponsible in his being able to deal with customers. I have seen some of his work and it is good, but he never showed up to give me an estimate even after he specifically stated he will be there to give me the estimate. He cost me a few hours of work as I waited for him on 3 different occasions. On one call he stated he was on his way.
  I called the shop in about 15 minutes and he was there. I asked him why did he not show up and his response was he was called in to the shop. I asked to all I needed was a courtesy phone call. He said he would come the following morning. As I called repeatedly and he let it go to voicemail without ever calling me back.

  Just have your body work done somewhere else.
