  Have used the company several times, have always had a good experience. But I must mention the most recent one, from this past weekend, where I apparently forgot to complete the online form in advance, and realized after arrival in Orlando that I hadn't finished the reservation. Not to worry - with a phone call to Orlando Stroller Rentals in the morning, with no prior reservation, they got the exact stroller I needed directly to me in less than an hour. This is service above and beyond what I could have anticipated and they saved this mommy and our family on our weekend away to Universal. Thank you OSR - you guys will always have my business!
