  Service is improving, however when it comes to delivering, they do need to put their act together. I bought a refrigerator from the ones they had in stock so they could deliver it when schuduled, and whoever puts the items in the truck, decided that my refrigerator was instead, going to be delivered in 5 weeks instead. The night before, I got a text confirming that my refrigerator was to be delivered in Sunday between 1 and 5pm, and when it was getting to the close time, I called Lowe's to find out where the truck was, and there is when I found out that the date they had for delivery had been moved almost by 5 weeks. I must say that I also ordered a dishwasher to be delivered within those 5 weeks. The dish washer could wait, however, my refrigerator couldn't; mine had stop working and I needed one that could be delivered ASAP. That is why I chose from what they had in stock. If I could wait, I wouldn't have bought the ugly refrigerator I got from their stock. I'm disappointed in Lowe's for their poor delivery service, and also because they made lose $235.08 in wages because I had to give up my 12 hours work shift to wait for my refrigerator to be delivered the next day on Monday.
