  Luis the cashier was horrible. From the moment I drove through he was screaming into the speaker box and I explained I could not hear him. I ordered a #10 with hushpuppies and coleslaw. He never asked for my drink so I told him Dr. Pepper. I drive up to pay and he slamming the window open, huffing, puffing, upset at life (although no customers were at the counter or behind me in the drive through). He takes my payments and hands me my food. I said "excuse me, wheres my drink?" He turns, hands it to me... "oops." He said... Then I look through my bag... no coleslaw. By this time he had closed the window and went to the main counter and pulled his cellphone out to text. I beeped my horn and he open the window again "Yea?" - I said "there's no coleslaw either...." he grabbed a coleslaw...handed it off and closed the window.
  
  Shame on the customer service.
