  I had an appointment that they made with me and my neighbor and of course they sit the appointment for april 1 on my workday. They were suppose to be here at 9:00 but they did not call me until 9:15 to tell me that they were not coming. She said they went to the hospital, but if that was the case they could have called me earlier and told me, then I could have went to work. Very unprofessional of them to do that to me. And they did not even call me back.
