  Ladies at the front office are very rude, always seem to have an attitude. I witness it even to a student who was very polite. Please reconsider the people you hire to be the face of the school.
  
  Also there should be an open line of communication between teachers and parents about how their child is doing and what they are working on. Homework is important as well. I’ve never heard of a child never coming home with homework.
