  Checking in was a fiasco! Long line with 2 people checking everyone in, then 1 person. Had 3 people for online check-in, so people in regular check-in line kept leg the line yo go to online check in line. Said something to me and said that everyone would get checked in. We'll yes, after a 45 to 60 min wait which was u acceptable. It was like he could care less. Instead of getting off of his behind from whatever he was doing on the computer, he could've gotten his lazy butt up and helped out instead of being in his own little world and not paying attention. If my husband had not said anything to him, he would've never tried to get help. Girl at the desk said that people had called in sick, I'll sure Disney has some kin d of protocol for situations like that. Bed was hard as a rock, couldn't sleep and got up at 2:30 am because of the back pain. Will NEVER stay here again.

  Nice place, room decent size for 2 people. Go with the "Service Your Way" and get a $30 Disney gift card. Basically make you own bed, take out the trash and reuse your towels (you can ask for fresh ones,if needed). The room has a refrigerator, no microwave.
  
  The food was okay but since our room was so far from our cafeteria we ended eating at Music. The menu is the same every day so visit the other resorts to get something different.
  
  Staff was great, buses to parks couple be a little more regular (not always on schedule). The gift shop has many of the items that you will find at the parks.
