  Spoke to Nataisha and let her know that I wanted the basic package. When the total was rung up it was $30 higher than it was supposed to be. She told me that the package was $10 higher for the first month and there was a connection fee. It turns out she placed me on the more expensive package and charged me for an item I didn't buy and there was no connection fee. Her dishonesty was blatant. Make sure you look at all your charges before giving them your money!
