  I just recently moved out, my wife and I just bought a house I had no issues with my deposit and while I was living there the staff was great. If I had to go to the office for anything Joann was very nice. Over all I would recommend some one to live here. It’s great perfect spot plus there is this place in the Osceola mall amazing pizza and there is a planet fitness too .. to work out that amazing pizza.

  The reason I am giving a three stars. The apartments is really nice and it spacious. Yes, the rent is high but that every where you go. I just wish the water and sewer is individual meter because I am paying someone else water. I can say the maintenance is very quick with there work order and get things done that is a plus. Now the Staffing are very rude. The leasing Joanne was nice to me when she showed me around once move in all personality changed. I can say the assistant is extremely rude since day one. Never met the Property Manager or the leasing. Will I recommend some here no, all because the staffing need to work on their customer service. Every where you work at is all about CUSTOMER SERVICE the better we all learn that the better our jobs will be.
