  Affordable Roofing came recommended by a realtor friend of mine. John was easy to deal with, knowledgeable, friendly and on task. There was a slight delay on the roof due to weather. His crew did a great job and cleaned up nicely. I did notice a few leak stains on the ceiling in the kitchen afterwards. I contacted John and he came over the next day to inspect. He could not find a source of what caused it but assumed it happened during tear off since his crew was battling days of off and on rain. He assured me the roof was under warranty and to keep on an eye on the ceiling if it got any worse when it rained. It's winter, and have not noticed the stains getting any worse but am confident if there is an issue, John and his team will be out to repair it. He is a reliable person and a man of integrity.I would recommend him highly.
