  I had a 7bed/6 bathroom home in Formosa Gardens being managed by this company. The owner Jeremy Lewis who operates Villa4UFlorida is nothing more than a conman. If you are looking for the worst maintenance company...this is it. We had to unbearable 2 years with them. In that time they ruined our home and caused many complaints from guests. Jeremy stole our house insurance money and we had no home insurance until I discovered his theft when renewing the following year. It was just one mess after another dealing with this conman. For anyone who is still unfortunate enough to have their home managed by this company. Understand that every excuse he gives you is a lie. They will basically take your money on a monthly basis and do no more than the bare essentials until your home is a complete mess. Look for another company before its to late as it will take many 1000's of $ to make your home right after this company...as it did us. There are many good companies out there. This is not one of them....One star is to many for this company but there is a minimum of one star to post a review.
