  I never really write reviews, but this poor customer service left me no other choice. To start, the representative on the phone did not even greet me. Instead, he yawned and asked "what I wanted". After asking him the prices, he yawned again, and through his muffled response, I decided that I was no longer interested in flying with them. He then rudely asked " Is that to expensive for you? Well it's a 6,000 dollar helicopter". With out a chance to even rebuttle he hung up on me. I am a local here in Florida and could not even fathom why such a touristic expereicne has such uneducated, rude people speaking to possible customers! I would mention his name here, but again he did not even introduce himself.
