  What a nasty receptionist Kathy is! Her whole demeanor was negative from the time I approached her. With such a bad attitude, I'm curious to know why she works in customer service--yet alone healthcare! I was considering this practice until I crossed paths with her. In addition to this, they hardly ever pick up their phone. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, Kathy decided to place the blame on their new patients. Smh. AVOID at all costs...Esp. if you are AA. They should keep their practice in racist St.Cloud. Kissimmee doesn't need their nonsense.
