  DO NOT BUY THE PINS!!! This thrift store sells scrapper Disney pins that are not worth anything!! I was a victim to this. Immediately upon noticing the pins I purchased from their store were not authentic, I notified them (the store manager and the store “owner” ) and the nightmare began. Here I was thinking they just didn’t know. Well they not only knew but have come up with a VERY lengthy schpeel to make what they are doing seem okay. The “owner” actually tried to justify the action of selling scrapper pins by saying that “you can trade them at the parks so they are authentic!” I attempted in every way possible to get them to make my personal situation right and yet they refused. The owner gave off the impression that if he refunded my money it would have sent the store into financial ruin. I have contacted MANY people regarding this to get this guy stopped. Such a scam!
  Oh and the staff/owners are so used to the negative reviews that they don’t care. They attempted to “egg” me on. Challenge accepted!

  WHAT!!! I've bough pins from them many times! Never had a problem. In fact, some Cast Members were so thrilled at some of my pins, that the immediately pulled out a 'special' pin out of their pockets to trade! Would a Cast trade for an 'unofficial' pin like that?
