  If I could give -0 stars I would!
  Horrible customer service, time and time again I caught them in half truths (which are lies in my book) when it came to my reservation.
  Then to take the cake, when my missionary mother-in-law passed away on a Sunday, and I e-mailed them asking them to contact me first thing Monday morning to discuss their cancellation policy...... they NEVER called as I requested. Then when I called them after lunch time to let them know funds had been donated to our family to cover our international travel expenses and I did not need to discuss the possibility of cancelling the reservation... they so kindly informed me that they already cancelled my reservation.
  When I questioned them as to why they cancelled when my e-mail very specifically requested a phone call to discuss their cancellation policy, I NEVER requested to cancel my reservation..... they very cold heartedly apologized and told me they already booked the unit and they could not reinstate my reservation.
  So I requested my deposit back, then I was told that the deposit was non-refundable and they could not reimburse me.
  WHAT???? You cancelled my reservation when I did not even request for it to be cancelled and now you will not refund my deposit?
  You see so many negative reviews on here for a reason, also on tripadvsior.......heed the warnings, as I should have. These people are a crooked business and I am filing a report with Walt Disney World Resorts and the BBB!
