  I am was very happy with Dr. McGetrick and the office staff. They were kind, professional and courteous throughout my visit with the doctor. I love the evening hours to help my crazy life I joggle. God bless them and keep smiling guys. See you soon.

  After my worst doctor's visit ever, I received an email on May 18, by the "Practice Manager" Michelle Garcia, who stated that she was going to be available on Monday the 21 after 1pm. and asked me the best time to contact me. I wrote, Monday at 2pm would be fine. Tomorrow is Monday the 28th and I am still WAITING for her phone call.
  I can see why this doctor's office staff conducts in such an unprofessional manner because if the "Practice Manager" who is supposed to lead and set an example, cannot even fulfill her promise of a simple phone call, what can you expect from the rest of the office.
  What a shame because Dr. Badalament is such a great doctor, when you get to see him, that is.
