  I called Ace Solves It All to set up an appointment to have my A/C unit checked out before summer started. I was hoping to address any issues the units might have before it was too late. I spoke with an extremely pleasant lady, Priscilla, who took the time to explain what I would need to meet my request. I really appreciated that she called me back to let me know there was a special on the service I was getting, making me a happy customer before any one even came out! My appointment was set for anytime between 8-12. To my surprise Forrest S. came out around 8:30- yay! no waiting around all day for me! He was polite, courteous and made sure to explain exactly what he was doing and even encouraged me to tag along to see what he was doing. Forrest never hesitated to answer any question I had and took the time to show me the little things I never would have noticed with the units. It was awesome that he took pictures to show me the things I wasn't able to see from my angle. He even emailed me a detailed workup of repairs to help prolong the life of my units. Throughout the whole appointment, I never felt like Forrest was there to up sell additional services. Everything we discussed made sense and I could see for myself what needed to be done. I would highly recommend Ace Solves It All to anyone looking for exceptional service for their A/C needs. Thank you Forrest for your time and exceptional service!
